A Trial Class lets you experience the session, coaching style and training content before committing to a full course. Ideal if you are still choosing a class or want to check the level first. After the trial, you can enrol in the regular course with a clearer idea of what to expect.

Children ages 5-12 will rotate through fun, age-appropriate stations featuring basketball fundamentals, soccer skills, introductory gymnastics, and track & field activities. Track and field brings a different summer this year

This summer, Team APLUS will use the theme of "Golden Summer" to explore children's sports potential and use the eight weeks of track and field training during the summer vacation to reach the peak of physical fitness and achieve the spirit of athletes.
