A Trial Class lets you experience the session, coaching style and training content before committing to a full course. Ideal if you are still choosing a class or want to check the level first. After the trial, you can enrol in the regular course with a clearer idea of what to expect.

Team Aplus Sports Pants are made for training and everyday movement—comfortable cut with enough stretch. Easy to wash and quick to dry, whether for a matching team look or a spare pair. They hold their shape after cleaning so the line stays neat and consistent.
